The Rules
We are competing in three different categories:
- total weight lost
- body fat percentage
- percentage of bodyweight lost
Whoever meets or exceeds their weight loss goals will partake of “the Prize”.
We will weigh ourselves every week and track our weight and body fat.
Official weigh-ins are on Sunday mornings. What you weigh in your boxer shorts, after you piss, on an empty stomach on Sunday morning is what you officially weigh for the week. (Not on a Tuesday, or after a jog, or halfway through workout or after dinner.)
No Starving. Eating a healthy diet is required, so no Atkins, no fad diets, just good healthy eating. You can go on a sensible diet to wisely manage calories, etc…, but no funny business. This is about health and a lifestyle transition, not shocking your body into ketosis or metosis…or some sort of an osis.
No Weight Cutting. You can sit in the sauna or whatever if you want to, but not before April weighins.
No diuretics (Thomas)
No Steroids (Kenny)
No Surgery
The end of the competition is April 1st, when we will have final weigh-ins.
