We are competing in three categories: % body weight lost, % body fat lost and total pounds lost. The winners in each category get the following grand prizes:
- Body Weight %: a custom made shirt or pair of jeans from Nordstrom’s ($150 value)
- Body Fat %: MMA ticket to HDNet Fights in Dallas. ($100 value)
- Total Pounds Lost: steak dinner at Kirby’s in Dallas ($50 value)
In addition, the competitor who wins at least two out of the three prizes above will become the 2008 Weight Loss Challenge Champion, receiving bragging rights and possiby other prizes (see below).
