Busted into the 170s

Busted into the 170s yesterday, weighing in at 178.6 lbs after my workout. My after-workout weigh-ins aren’t official and don’t count. I do them mainly as a reward for working out, as after-workout weigh-ins tend to be low due to water loss. Seeing the low number is motivating and sometimes just the idea of writing a low number in my weight journal is enough to get me moving. Some people advise against weighing in daily, but I weigh-in twice a day. One official weigh-in and then once after my workout. My “official” weigh-ins are in the morning before breakfast. This morning I weighed in at 181.6. 11.6 more lbs to go by 2009.
