Not a good week this week! I gained weight for the first time!
88.7 kg is 195.5 lbs.
- Starting Weight: 218.2 lbs
- Last Week’s Weight: 191.2 lbs
- Today’s Weight: 195.5 lbs
- Week Weight Gain: 4.3 lbs
- Total Weight Loss: 22.7 lbs
- Total Body Weight % Lost: 10.4%
- Starting Body Fat %: 23.4%
- Today’s Body Fat %: 18.6%
- Total % Body Fat Lost: 4.8%

That’s quite a gain, but I’m not worried. Last week was busy and I had few opportunities to workout. Couple that with a weak will to bad food and you have a bad week for weight. It won’t happen twice in a row though! Next week I will be back in good form! See you then.
Btw, Kenny has now missed two weigh-ins and he hasn’t replied to any of the emails I sent him. I think he is intimidated by my power. Will he miss his third weigh-in in a row? Sadly, I think you can count on it. But we’ll see.
